Alert people when their text is trimmed

Problem/Motivation

A core principal of Drupal (slowly being lost with WYSIWYG editors) is do not mess with what a person inputs. Generally we clean things up on output. This module subverts that, and that is probably for the good, but it seems we should at least let people know when their input has been modified.
