Focus tracker item order

Problem/Motivation

In some situations the focus tracker item order is incorrect.

Steps to reproduce

  • Search for an icon
  • Select an icon
  • Cancel the selection (either using the escape key or "Cancel" button)
  • Use the tab key to navigate the interface – "Clear Search" button is out of order

Or

  • Make sure the "All" category is selected
  • Enter a search query that results in no results
  • Clear the search
  • Use the tab key to navigate the interface – A-Z dropdown is out of order
