Side effect scrolling in admin CT pages due to autofocus attribute

Using paragraphs ee with Paragraphs (stable) form display and having this issue when a new content page is created you have been scrolled to the paragraphs section automatically. It is a bug because it leaves other content fields above the editor's eye and some of them might be mandatory.
