Cannot save new text filter with USWDS Grid in CKEditor 5

Problem/Motivation

Trying to create new text format and editor with USWDS Grid in the Active toolbar, but will not save because "Allowed Breakpoints field is required." Then, if I go to Configuration->CONTENT AUTHORING->CKEditor USWDS Grid->MOBILE LARGE->AVAILABLE COLUMN LAYOUTS->1 COLUMN LAYOUT->Add More, the entire 1 COLUMN LAYOUT dropdown disappears.

Steps to reproduce

First Issue - can't save new (or edited) Text formats and editors

  1. Configuration->Text formats and editors->Add text format
  2. Name=Full HTML 5
  3. Text editor=CKEditor 5
  4. Drag USWDS Grid to Active toolbar
  5. Click on USWDS Grid
  6. Notice there are no Allowed Breakpoints showing
  7. Add other settings
  8. Click on Save configuration

Second Issue (But related issue) - disappearing dropdown entries

  1. Configuration->CKEditor USWDS Grid
  2. MOBILE LARGE
  3. AVAILABLE COLUMN LAYOUTS
  4. 1 COLUMN LAYOUT
  5. Add More
  6. Entire 1 COLUMN LAYOUT fieldset disappears

Proposed resolution

  1. Creation of default Available Breakpoints
  2. Be able to add to COLUMN LAYOUTS
