Require and enable y_branch

Problem/Motivation

It looks like this module was updated to work with lb_branch_hours_blocks but the composer.json wasn't updated and for existing sites AFAICT the new module isn't enabled.

Steps to reproduce

Upgrade from Drupal 9 to 10.

Proposed resolution

Add the package to composer.json and enable the module in a post update hook.
