I've tested this issue in Drupal 9.5.x and verified the Merge Request you provided.
It appears that there are several additional changes related to the slider issue.
Therefore, it's necessary to update the Merge Request.I've manually applied the changes in the custom.css file and checked it.
It seems like the issue has been resolved.
