Added a checkbox on the settings page for this, disabled by default.

Didn't quite get this right. On admin pages that display a non-admin route the transitions still happen. We' must be using the wrong way to check for admin routes.

Made an update to ensure that transitions also don't run unless configured on non-admin pages with toolbar enabled.
Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
