Setting to enable page-title element transition

After seeing it in action, I'm not sure this particular transition makes sense. Different titles transition from different areas of the page.

I think something like this makes more sense if it is the title of a teaser transitioning to the title of a node. But I'm not sure this is something that makes sense to do in a module as the markup that we'd need to target will vary based on theme.

I did consider the idea of a sub-module for core themes like Olivero. Maybe that could be worth exploring...
