Custom Formatters and the devel-Modul

Symfony\Component\Routing\Exception\MissingMandatoryParametersException: Some mandatory parameters are missing ("custom_formatter") to generate a URL for route "entity.formatter.devel_load". in Drupal\Core\Routing\UrlGenerator->doGenerate() (Zeile 181 in D:\server\Apache\htdocs\virtuell\drupal_9_mi\web\core\lib\Drupal\Core\Routing\UrlGenerator.php).

- I have installed these given two module.
- create menu but i have not got any error.
my configuration
- Drupal - 9.5.10
- Php - 8.1.2

I have installed: Drupal 9.5.9 and PHP 8.1.13 and the Devel Modul: Version 5.1.2

When I click the link to Administer Formatters I got the error mentioned above.

the error accurs when I click this Link...

/admin/structure/formatters

A friend of mine with a totally different maschine (MAC) get the same error.....
