Offering to maintain Restrict Route by IP

Hello,

I would like to become a maintainer of the Restrict Route By IP → module to update a codebase, prepare it for Drupal 10 and implement new features mentioned in the issue queue.

I created the issue → to request to become maintainer over a month ago and contacted the maintainer 2 weeks ago but with no response.
