Problem/Motivation

There's alot of functionality baked into the storage settings form particularly with ajax and the clone functionality. Need to have tests to verify function.

Proposed resolution

Create FunctionJavascript test 'CustomFieldStorageSettingsTest'.

Provide patch with test.
