Remove alternate tag as it does not comply with protocol

Problem/Motivation

According to sitemaps protocol, "alternate" is NOT a valid tag so it is not useful in a sitemap.xml but consuming nearly x (x = count of multi languages) times memory

Proposed resolution

Developer could achieve that by altering links or creating a custom plugin, but unless this alternate tag is required by most, it could be easier and better to provide an option like the patch/solution in 8.x β†’ . But probably this `alternate` tag could be removed completely? Or is there a reason to add it on?

Please read the description of the module. This module creates hreflang sitemaps, a newer sitemap standard created by Google where the alternate tags are the sitemaps' main feature.
