Hidden formatter plugin

There's not currently a way to hide individual custom field values from display.

Create a new 'hidden' formatter plugin that simply returns null in its formatValue() function.

Create the plugin and test patch.

A new 'Hidden' formatter plugin option would be available for all field types.
