Serve JS locally instead from CDN

Hi, I really like your plugin. But due to local privacy laws, I currently have to modify the code of this plugin to download the JS library locally. Would it be possible to use a mechanism like the "webforms" plugin use "wikimedia/composer-merge-plugin" to download the JS libraries.
