Option to disable upcasing site name & slogan

Hello,
I added two css classes to change the change site name output. The default is Uppercase and you can use any of the two classes to modify it.
site-name-lowercase, site-name-capitalize

To use the css classes, go to your-site-dot-com/admin/appearance/settings/drupal8_w3css_theme and add the css class into header region.
