Offering to co-maintain Facet Active by Default

Hello!

We have been using this module and are very keen to get a Drupal 10 release out the door and a few bugs fixed by getting these 2 issues committed and released.

- https://www.drupal.org/project/facet_active_by_default/issues/3354978 🐛 First result is not made active if array key is 0 Fixed
- https://www.drupal.org/project/facet_active_by_default/issues/3329252 📌 Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes Fixed

If you would like assistance doing this I am offering to be co-maintainer with permission to administer releases for the purpose of resolving these 2 issues and getting a D10 version out the door.

    I have contacted maintainer Aaron Zinck (azinck) through their contact tab - the other maintainer Patrick does not have the contact tab enabled.
