Can this module still be used with click based actions to trigger menus?

I have been using this module for many years on a site that had version 1.11 pinned. Recently, I have been working to update the site to D10 and have since updated the module. It appears that after 1.11, the option to select the "action" has been removed.

I am wondering if there is a way i can still trigger the dropdowns with clicks. Thanks!

As your screenshot, the Action options have removed in new version 8.x-1.16. Attaching screenshot for confirmation. I am checking on Drupal 10.1.2.
