Sorting parent and child term in search view

Hi

I added a few terms. only one term having subterms. That particular term comes 3rd place in taxonomy(like that I set weight). I want to order these terms based on taxonomy term weight in the search api view. In the search api , i indexed term weight field and tried to sort using this field in view. When using ascending sorting particular term comes last. How to maintain sorting based on parent and child weight. Should support terms view structure in search API views.

    Sorry, I’m not sure I’m completely following your scenario and requirements. Could you maybe provide some screenshots to clarify the situation? What exactly are you trying to achieve, what to you do, what happens and what would you expect to happen?
    Currently it sounds like it might be a very specific requirement that cannot really be provided by this module, so you’d likely have to write some custom code (probably a processor plugin) to implement it.

    In any case, I’m pretty sure this is a feature or support request, not a bug report.
