There were problems in the past with PHP opcache configurations that would strip comments. Is that the case?

Can't access to any form of workflow ('add', 'edit-state', 'edit-transition', etc.)
Try to add a workflow, edit a state/transition with the interface
Idk... I think the @ConfigEntityType of Workflow.php isn't read in my project, idk why ...
