Linkit integration

Problem/Motivation

The URL widget works but is very limiting and most content authors want the functionality that linkit provides.

Proposed resolution

Create a sub-module for linkit integration so the dependency for linkit is not in base module. Create a modified version of the Linkit for Link widget. There some slight limitations primarily with the way Linkit for Link widget is storing attributes in the options field. We don't have that capability since we're working with a single column. This main disadvantage for this appears to be with links to files as the stored url doesn't have the same format as other entities. We will have to just work around that and document the limitation. Otherwise, it should be doable. I don't know that the Linkit formatter is absolutely necessary. We might be able to just adapt the code in the current link formatter to work across both widgets and call it good.

Remaining tasks

Create a POC patch to test out.

User interface changes

A new widget plugin available 'Linkit' for field types 'URL'.
