Linkit integration

Updated patch includes access control for linked entities. Adapted alot of whats in this patch: https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2022-07-11/drupal-link-entity-access... → . Applied this logic to the current UriLinkFormatter and thus bypassed linkit's own version of formatter. I don't see that it's particularly needed over and above what we have and this keeps it simple to apply the same formatting logic regardless of the widget type.

Update patch to fix massage form values and constraints strict typing.
