This error occurs when the module is installed on a Drupal instance without the migrate module:
The service "datadog_metrics.migration_monitoring" has a dependency on a non-existent service "plugin.manager.migration".

Steps to reproduce

Install this module on a Drupal instance without the migrate module.

Proposed resolution

Add the migrate module as a dependency to the info.yml or use it as a submodule

Hi @leorott,
I have fixed this issue and also created MR for this issue i.e. Add the migrate module as a dependency to the info.yml . Kindly review the changes.
