I have able to replicate the issue on enabling the olivero base theme as admin theme. I have attached the patch for it. Please review it and let me know your feedback.

about 1 year ago 12:47pm 5 September 2023 The Needs Review Queue Bot → tested this issue. It fails the Drupal core commit checks. Therefore, this issue status is now "Needs work".
