Generate Password 8.x-1.2 release

Quoting issue in YML and many coding standards issues.

Follow 2.x branch and change default of genpass_mode to 2, which also means the test will pass. Fix CS.

Will post patches for each issue to their own issue queue, but they will not be set for testing as they are reliant on all the other issue changes.

Note to self & all - do not create a 2nd merge request on the same issue. It breaks testing.

Only changed how the settings form is altered in, and fixed a CS issue on the exception class docblock.

This version is now fully merge into the dev release - there are some 20 sites using that dev version who have been the test subjects. Barring screams in horror in the next 24-48 hours, I'll tag up the 8.x-1.2 release.
