A site manager can add blocks of any paragraph type

Problem/Motivation

While Drutopia takes a generally no-sidebar, modern approach to web design, we do use blocks to build the home page and have them generally available.

Currently we duplicate the fields of the "slide" paragraph for the "slide" block (neither is part of a slideshow, but the name is a separate issue).

We could eliminate this duplication and give editors and managers the consistent experience of having the same components available wherever they want to use them.

Proposed resolution

Make a "Paragraphs" block. After looking for fancy more direct ways to do it ("paragraph types as blocks drupal") it became pretty clear that the most straightforward way is simply a paragraphs field in a custom content block.
