Remove ancient vestige of Drupal user pictures

Problem/Motivation

We should remove the ancient vestige of Drupal user pictures because:

  • they are not media, but only image fields
  • they have a default upload limit of like 7 kilobytes
  • drutopia does not use them; for featuring people we have a content type
  • if we ever add internal social networking type features to drutopia we can add this back in a proper way

Steps to reproduce

Create an account and be confronted with a request to upload a user picture and try to figure out why or how to get your cheap cell phone's 3MB image to upload in a field last thought about by Drupal in 2005.

Proposed resolution

Remove image field entirely from the user entity.
