Provide Revisions Support for block_node

Problem/Motivation

The module doesn't account for revisions and revisions viewing and preview mode. Also added support for Drupal 10.

Steps to reproduce

• Add your nodeblock in the right region in block layout
• enable revisions for an entity type
• edit node and create new revision
• view old revision (node/{nid}/revisions/{revision_id}/view

Proposed resolution

update the block to pull the right entity and the right revision for the revision reviewing
