Adding a slight change to the patch to remove the dependency upon dropzonejs.
I'm working on the latest Intercept (https://drupal.org/project/intercept) release and our Pantheon upstream which is now going to be on D10. For some reason the config for this module appears to be skipped when installing, so some crucial pieces of functionality have gone missing. I believe it might tie back to this change ( https://www.drupal.org/project/stories/issues/2977544 → ) which didn't used to be a problem, but maybe it is in D10? I'm going to try creating a patch today that moves the config back to the install direction instead of optional and see if that remedies the issue I'm seeing. I'll try to remember to post the results here.
