Entity reference media fields don't display additional fields (i.e. metadata)

Problem/Motivation

Gin vs. Seven

The data is still there, but hidden

But it obscures the image too much. Would be better if it was below the image, just like Seven.

Steps to reproduce

Entity form display (in this case a node)

Media display

This is perhaps an even bigger issue in the Media Browser where it's common to add extra fields to help content editors choose images.

Proposed resolution

Display additional fields either above or below (as configured in the display order) the thumbnail , just like how Seven does.
