Digital Gremlins

I have a couple of little oddities that I'm not sure about. I've attached screenshots of each.

Screenshot 1: (4.07.49)

While I don't see anywhere to turn on/off "titles", for some reason, I have "Paragraphs" showing at the very top, left corner of the Paragraphs block. I don't think I have to say that it isn't desirable to have it there, but as I hunt through configurations, thus far I'm unable to find where it is coming from. I'm presuming that it is a "default" thing, like how the "Title" field shows in most content types. Assistance with this would be appreciated.

Screenshot 2: (4.01.13)

Below the paragraph, I'm getting this "box". I'm not sure where it is coming from. I've looked, and I don't see that I have any unpopulated areas... anyone have any idea what it is?

Hello BEGRAFX, for this Screenshot 1: (4.07.49) : I have shared screenshot & step as well Hidden title.
Please follow these step:-
- go to Home -> Administration -> Structure -> Content types -> Basic page
- go to manage display after label -> hidden

For this Screenshot 2: (4.01.13)
i have not got any box .

Thank you for your help. I did further work, and found the issue was apparently relating to the placement of a "Content Wrapper" field. The box I refer to is within the white space, below the bottom of the photo.
