This module didn't required much changes for to be working on Drupal 9 and 10, I have created a patch that can fix the issue.

This project is abandoned, and is no longer used by anyone. This is not an issue that needs to be "fixed". I am not interested in reviewing your patch. This project does not need updating to Drupal as the project mentioned in the issue summary provides a better alternative.
