Need to remove recurly name fields on all ajax, not just once

Problem/Motivation

Switching from credit card, to paypal, then back to paypal results in the recurly-name fields being displayed even when the address fields are present. This is because they are being hidden inside of a .once() function. Need to extract this bit outside of the .once().
