Are there any security or performance issues with enabling cl_server and giving Anonymous users access on production environments?

Would like to give a shareable storybook URL to others. The cl_server storybook requires a Drupal connection.
Used this npm package in the past to create sharable Storybook URLs on GitHub pages https://www.npmjs.com/package/@storybook/storybook-deployer

Right now this project is focused on Storybook for the development environment. This does not have to be this way.

Using it on a development environment requires disabling all caches on the component rendering endpoint. This is necessary to allow hot reloading when working locally.

@AndySipple do you think you can create an issue to make Development mode optional? With that I think we'd be ready to have public Storybook apps hitting production Drupal servers.

Once that ticket is created, we can close this one as fixed.
