Backend message is displayed to the End users on the Camp LB page

Problem/Motivation

There is admin message in the top right corner for anonymous user

Steps to reproduce

log in as admin
click on the Extend button and install Y Camp module
click on the Content button
find any Camp and click on the Edit button
check the Use Layout Builder checkbox and click on the save and Edit button
Override the styles and save the page
as an anonymous user open the page
