Expose layout data through rest along with block content

Problem/Motivation

I am using layout builder to build my landing page and I want to expose the whole page content through a single API endpoint. I can get only config related information but not the content of the blocks. Few contributed modules were able to export the inline blocks but not the view blocks content and custom blocks content.
