Target blank non checked on link edit

When i create a link with a target, every think is ok. The target is in the source.
I save my node.
When i reload the node for edition, the target is still in the source.
But when i open the popup to edit the link, the checkbox is not checked.

I try with class attribute, it work fine for it.
