Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a media field and use Media library edit widget on "Manage form display"
2. Visit field settings route, eg. admin/structure/types/manage/news/fields/node.news.field_news_media_image
3. Face fatal error:

Error: Call to undefined method Drupal\field_ui\Form\FieldConfigEditForm::getFormLangcode() in media_library_edit_field_widget_single_element_form_alter() (line 123 of modules/contrib/media_library_edit/media_library_edit.module).
