Allow warnings re: nonexistent/unreadable files to be suppressed

Problem/Motivation

Some users have complained that File Hash module logs a warning if a file cannot be hashed.

Steps to reproduce

Delete a file or remove read permission, enable a new hash algorithm, and generate hashes. A warning will be logged.

Proposed resolution

We could add a new configuration checkbox which allows these warnings to be suppressed.
