Target field is giving error when it trigger from required to not required

Problem/Motivation

Select the text field as target field and the action is "required" when conditional field has certain value.
Target field still through validation error when we store empty value even after it became "not required field" by the virtue of the trigger action.

Steps to reproduce

a> Select text field as target field
b> Select autocomplete field as conditional field and store triggering value
c> Now try to store empty value from text field(target field)
