No language present in D9

Problem/Motivation

Im on Drupal 9.3.22

1) When exporting metatags to CSV: The language is not present.

2) When I do export for EXAMPLE: Bundle: frontpage -> Basic: Page title -> AND advanced -> Language
When I take an export from the above example it's not possible to change the language to: "en" and override the English translation.
Although I changed the language from nl to en it's still overriding the nl translation.

Install the module, and export to CSV. delimiter: , or ;

Proposed resolution

Remaining tasks

A solution could be to add a language dropdown, to the export page and add one to the import.
So we could export and import in the preferred language?
