Problem when using Commerce Subscriptions

Problem/Motivation

I just installed this module using composer and have spent like 2 hours to make it work, because I was not able to see any notification and subscription.
It seems there is a conflict with Commerce module or with submodules (Subscriptions) because when I visit my profile I can only see subscriptions related to Commerce and no Notification tab is displayed.

However, right after I removed Commerce submodules I can see the right Subscriptions and Notification tab.
