Problem/Motivation

In taxonomy it is possible via drag/drop and weight create hiearchy so entity reference tree module can select from it as desribed in module info >

taxonomy1
   -tax1
   -tax2
taxonomy2
   -tax3

However how to achieve tha same with nodes ? (content types?)
