Update admin form to clarify what each field is for and aid in onboarding

The labels “Shipstation Username” and “Shipstation password” are too easily confused. Let’s make the labels more explicit, e.g. “Shipstation Custom Store Username”, so that users are less likely to put in their Shipstation credentials.
