Improve Integration with Blazy 2.16+ development

Motivation

Updates to improve the integration with the Blazy → module and decouple VEF from the Blazy → module.

TODO

1. Prior to these blazy commits (e17d383e and ), the BVEF formatter has to use this hack to bypass blazy always using oEmbed - hack. TODO: Replace this hack with the new blazy setting for $blazies->set('use.oembed', FALSE);
2. Port more of the Blazy VEF integration in to blazy_video_embed_field
