Opigno Using Course and Continue Error

Problem/Motivation

Using course and then revisit and continue after finishing first module will result redirect error as well the button should be Continue, not Restart. This is being tested on Opigno demo site.

Steps to reproduce

Create 2 activities.
Create 2 Modules and add those 2 activties in each module.
Create 1 course and add that 2 Modules.
Create 1 training and add that course.
Start the training.
Pause after finishing first Module.
Go back to catalogue page revisit that training.
You should be seeing the button is "Restart".
Clicking that "Restart" button will result in too many redirect error.
This will make that module to have too many results for that user as well. It can be checked from Modules>See results.


Proposed resolution

I think it should be a continue button as well as, users should be able to continue the training where he/she left off.

    You might check the Guided Navigation field in the upper-right corner of the Learning Path editor. Our trainings are very rigid, and with the latest update, everything was set to be free navigation, which threw everything off and put people back to take modules they'd already completed.

    For some reason, this field was never added in our 4-year-old installation, and I had to add the field, then write an update hook that went through all our existing Learning Paths and set the Boolean to true.

    We encountered the same. After debugging for a few hours and finding a solution myself, I found another issue in opigno_module: https://www.drupal.org/project/opigno_module/issues/3383284 🐛 Infinite redirect loop with finished but not finalized learning path RTBC
