Add new "Help topics" support

Problem/Motivation

With the hook_help deprecation and replacement by Help Topics as outlined in 🌱 Deprecate hook_help() and combine with Topics Active , the module will have to convert its help to the newer format.

Proposed resolution

When doc stabilize, follow them for the new help topics format.

Remaining tasks

Wait for Help Topics to stabilize
Convert g2_help to something like g2/help_topics/g2.help.html.twig

Better docs.
