Remove include of Swiftmailer library from sending theme

Problem/Motivation

This module is currently attaching both the MAIL_THEME/symfony_mailer_lite and MAIL_THEME/swiftmailer libraries when rendering HTML emails. It should only include MAIL_THEME/symfony_mailer_lite, in case there's a reason for site builders to keep both modules and use them with different libraries.
