composer installation fails

Problem/Motivation

Hi, when i try to install with

composer require 'drupal/webform_xlsx_export:^1.2'

i get the next error:

Problem 1

- drupal/webform[5.16.0, ..., 5.31.0] require drupal/core ^8.8 -> found drupal/core[8.8.0, ..., 8.9.20] but the package is fixed to 10.1.1 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.
- drupal/webform[6.0.0, ..., 6.1.4] require drupal/core ^8.8 || ^9 -> found drupal/core[8.8.0, ..., 8.9.20, 9.0.0, ..., 9.5.10] but the package is fixed to 10.1.1 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.
- drupal/webform 6.1.5 requires drupal/core ^9.3 -> found drupal/core[9.3.0, ..., 9.5.10] but the package is fixed to 10.1.1 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.
- drupal/webform_xlsx_export 1.2.0 requires drupal/webform * -> satisfiable by drupal/webform[5.0.0, ..., 5.31.0, 6.0.0, ..., 6.1.5].
- Root composer.json requires drupal/webform_xlsx_export ^1.2 -> satisfiable by drupal/webform_xlsx_export[1.2.0].

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.

Installation failed, reverting ./composer.json and ./composer.lock to their original content.

    Your problem is that there is no stable version of webform that supports Drupal 10 and by default Composer does not install beta versions.
    You should try to run composer require 'drupal/webform:^6.2@beta' first, then require webform_xlsx_export.
