Reroll the D10 patch for 10.9

When upgrading to Drupal 10. I receive the following error:

 [error]   (Currently using Incompatible module The following module is installed, but it is incompatible with Drupal 10.0.9:
 * Facets Range Datepicker Widget

despite using the patch and the dev version of this module.

This ticket is to re-roll the patch and to improve the version control yml format.
