Create initial UI to import equipment assets

Problem/Motivation

Lets start with an initial UI to import equipment assets from JD Machines. This probably render a list/table of JD machines with checkboxes for the user to select and import into farmOS. Once one is imported, it should not be able to be imported again. Use the Asset ID Tag to link the equipment asset to the JD Machine ID.

We can use this UI to start exploring more complex options like syncing & resolving conflicts when syncing. But first we need a simple importer!
