The user's logout from the provider

Problem/Motivation

I have a website where user login is done through an OAuth server. The login process works correctly, but when the user logout of the website, they are not simultaneously logged out from the OAuth server, and the following error is displayed.
This causes the user to be able to access the website again without needing to enter their credentials.
